Partner Agreement and Program Terms

| Commission | 25% of net subscription receipts from customers you refer. A preferred partner may get a different rate, agreed in writing. |

| Net receipts | The price the customer pays, minus the App Store or Google Play fee (15% today), converted to US dollars. |
| How long you earn | 12 months per customer, counted from their first paid charge. Free trials and free periods earn nothing. |
| Annual plans | Commission on the first annual payment only. |
| Who counts as your referral | Someone who uses your link, QR code or partner code and starts a trial or subscription within 60 days. If they use another partner's link or code before subscribing, the most recent one counts. |
| Entering a code late | A partner code entered in the app up to 7 days after the first purchase still counts. |
| Not counted | Your own devices and purchases, people who already paid before using your link, and Family Sharing purchases. |
| Refunds | Commission on a refunded or revoked payment is removed. If it was already paid out, it's deducted from a later payout. |
| Hold period | Commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. |
| Payouts | Monthly, in US dollars, once your payable balance is at least $50. Smaller balances carry over. |
| Payout setup and tax forms | Coming soon. We'll ask for payout details and tax information before your first payout. |
